Mary Pat Palmer is a Registered Herbalist, Art Therapist and Farmer with over 300 species of medicinal herbs on her land, one of which is cannabis. She is also a Certified Cannabis Therapy Consultant. She has studied the history, spiritual history, and biochemistry of cannabis for years and became a convert in her belief of cannabis as medicine through her studies. She is a native Californian who grew up in Carmel. She is dedicated to protecting the water and land of Mendocino County and other areas of California, as well as protecting against corporate cannabis growers.
Tom Rodrigues is an artist, award winning winemaker , winery owner and rancher in Yorkville Ca. Mendocino County. Tom has been creating art since 1968 professionally , being shown world wide . His fine art paintings have been exhibited across the country from New York to San Francisco and he has a painting installed in The National Baseball Hall of Fame Museum in Cooperstown New York. Tom’s graphic art adorns some of the finest wine labels from Nape Valley , Sonoma County , Texas and Mendocino County , Far Niente , Nickel & Nickel, Dolce, En Route, Artevino, Maple Creek, Hamel Family Wines , Manzanita Creek just to name a few. Tom has sat on the Davies Medical Center Board in San Francisco , Mendocino Winegrowers Board , and Mendocino Cannabis Industry Association Board. Tom has been a Cannabis judge at the Northern California Harvest Festival , 1978 -1985. Tom has devoted his time to promote Mendocino County grapes and wines and the Mendocino County Cannabis community.
Justin Calvino serves on the Steering Committee of Measure AF, founder of The Mendocino Appellations Project and the executive director of Terroir Mendocino, a cannabis events company that hosts monthly cannabis farmer’s markets on the Mendocino Coast. Justin serves on the board of directors for The California Growers Association and the Mendocino Cannabis Industry Association. He is a regenerative economist who believes in the creative genius and local sovereignty of Mendocino. Justin works to shift public perception of cannabis, honor Mendocino’s unique cannabis heritage, and support farms, families and our community.
Christopher Halmo is a third generation farm owner in Anderson Valley and founder of Casa Giallo creative agency in Venice Beach. He has produced and directed content for major brands and celebrities for over 20 years and is currently focused on telling stories in the emerging cannabis industry. He is an accomplished muralist, a recipient of the NEA’s Whitney Grant and a curator at BBAX Gallery in Santa Monica. As Ambassador to the Anderson Valley Appellation, Christopher acts as a bridge between the cultures and markets of Northern and Southern California.
Genine Coleman is a cannabis advocate and educator, a 12 year resident of Mendocino County and a life long appreciator of cannabis. Genine has a background in education and community organizing, and serves Mendocino County through her work with patients, cultivators, organizations and communities seeking to deepen their relationship with cannabis.
